SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders $60+ in the USA.

We offer UPS expedited shipping within the US. The cutoff time for all UPS expedited orders is 12PM EST Monday through Friday.

Shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska

At this time, we do not ship to these regions due to high shipping costs and logistical constraints.

Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties on international orders.

All orders receive tracking information via your confirmation email. Orders ship within 5 business days of processing. Please allow delivery carriers 5-7 days to deliver your order. If your order has not turned up, please email us at support@nopalera.co.

RETURNS

If you item has arrived damaged or you are unhappy with your order, please email us at support@nopalera.co and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund if you prefer.

We cannot accept returns due to our small warehouse and the nature of our product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can reach us at support@nopalera.co

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns due our products being natural. If you have an issue with your order please email support@nopalera.co and we will refund for any damages incurred during transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If a refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via the email you used to make your purchase with. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, cancellations can only be accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note, once an order ships, shipping is non-refundable. If your order has not yet shipped, we can process a full cancellation and refund to the original form of payment used.
